Ernesto Gonzales, 30, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of criminal tools and possession of marijuana in relation to an incident April 17.
Mary E. Link, 52, of Fostoria, was charged with four counts of theft in relation to an incident July 24.
Timothy M. Roelle, 31, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Sept. 14.
Jenny L. Whitehead, 21, of Fremont, was charged with possession of marijuana Monday.

Fostoria accidents
Laura E. Bordeau, 56, of Columbus, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following an accident Sept. 12 at Countyline Street and Plaza Drive.
Anthony F. Nelson, 26, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield following an accident Tuesday morning at North Union and Elm streets.

Firefighters were called to 733 W. Market St. Thursday afternoon for a smoke or odor removal.
