A 100-block West North Street caller reported Thursday evening a man who lived in the building was incoherent and was running half-naked in the middle of the street. According to the report, the man was intoxicated and was transported to the emergency room.
A 500-block North Poplar Street woman reported Thursday night her 12-year-old daughter had been assaulted by another juvenile at a football game.
A caller reported Thursday night a man in the 100 block of East Center Street was beating up his handicapped brother on a porch. A man was charged with public intoxication.
A 600-block North Poplar Street woman reported Friday morning someone broke out her vehicle window.
County accident
A one-vehicle accident was reported early Friday morning in the 1200 block of North TR 73. No transports were made from the scene. According to the accident report, the driver and a passenger had walked into Tiffin, where a police officer located them and transported them to the accident scene. No citations were listed on the accident report.
