ATTICA - A two-vehicle accident at US 224 and CR 23 claimed the life of a Willard man Saturday.
Joshua Collins, 19, was taken by Life Flight to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, where he was pronounced dead, according to a release from State Highway Patrol.
It states Collins was driving a 1998 Chevrolet S10 north on CR 23, and Bryan Waldock, 24, of Tiffin, was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado east on US 224.

Collins' vehicle stopped at the stop sign, started through the intersection and was struck in the driver's side by Waldock's vehicle, it states.
Both vehicles overturned several times and came to rest on the northeast side of the intersection, said Sgt. Brett Gockstetter of the Fremont post of State Highway Patrol.
David Tripp, 11, of Republic, a passenger in Collins' vehicle, was taken by Life Flight to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. He was in fair condition Saturday evening, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Another passenger, Johni Hamons, 15, of Republic, was taken to Willard Mercy Hospital. Waldock was taken to Mercy Tiffin Hospital. Hamons and Waldock had non-life-threatening injuries, according to the release.
Waldock was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and blood results were pending Saturday, it states.
Personnel from Attica EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire, Bloomville fire and EMS, Republic fire and EMS, Seneca County Sheriff's Office and State Highway Patrol responded to the accident. Also, Bascom and Green Springs EMS were put on standby as a result of the accident.
The crash occurred about 1:19 a.m., according to the release.
