Gene and Sharon Goshe of Tiffin are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary.
They were married Sept. 30, 1972, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Frenchtown.
Gene, who is retired, is the son of the late Linus and Margaret Goshe.

Sharon is the daughter of Simon and Martha Schalk of Carey. She is a retired nurse.
They are the parents of four daughters, Jennifer Boos-Dabbs and Lisa Goshe of North Carolina and Julie and Christie Goshe of California.
A family celebration is planned this month in Virginia.
