BLOOMVILLE - Preschool Storytime has begun at Bliss Memorial Public Library. Storytime is 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays or 11:15 a.m. Wednesdays. The programs are the same, are for children ages 3-5 and consist of playtime, stories, flannelboard stories, songs and a craft. All programs are free.
