BLOOMVILLE - Seneca County Park District and Tiffin University Equestrian Team had the fourth annual equestrian poker run/walk Sept. 29.
Garlo Heritage Nature Preserve, in conjunction with the equestrian team, hosted an the equestrian poker run/nature walk. The event was open to those who wished to ride their horses on a trail or take a short hike through the park.
The proceeds for the event totaled $800, the largest amount since the event started. It also had the largest turnout with 42 participants, including 36 horseback riders. Proceeds benefit Garlo, Make a Wish Foundation and TU's equestrian team.
