An 11-year-old boy was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident Sept. 28.
A man in the 100 block of South Sandusky Street reported Monday afternoon he saw another man in the area attempting to get into vehicles Sunday morning. The man was advised to call the police immediately next time.
A caller reported criminal damaging to the field house in the 200 block of Charlotte Street Tuesday morning.
County reports
Mailboxes were reported vandalized Tuesday morning on East TR 8, South CR 23 and on East US 224. A 300-block South Huron Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon her mailbox had been vandalized Saturday.
Fostoria reports
Rhonda M. Wade, 50, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a traffic control light violation early Sunday morning.
Andrew P. Miller, 39, of Fostoria, was charged with assault and domestic violence Monday.
A woman reported Monday afternoon juveniles were assaulting her child and throwing rocks at her car at a bus stop in the area of West Crocker and Findlay streets. A police officer spoke with a juvenile, who denied foul language or throwing rocks.
A 300-block Summit Street man reported a scam phone call Monday evening.
A 1500-block North Countyline Street caller reported Monday evening someone was stalking them.

Austin G. Eaton, 17, of Tiffin, was cited with improper lane change following an accident Friday afternoon at South Washington and East Perry streets.
