Tiffin-Seneca Public Library's Teen Department is to host a Halloween party 3-4 p.m. Saturday in the Frost Kalnow Room.
Students grades 6-12 are invited to participate in the teens-only program.
Teens are to make creepy snacks, play monster trivia, bingo, participate in a BAT-minton tournament and a costume contest.
