SR 4 between SR 162 and TR 122 is open following completion of drainage work, according to Ohio Department of Transportation.
ODOT also stated replacement of a culvert on US 23, between TR 108 and TR 112, has been suspended until spring, and the road is open.
Also, SR 19 between US 224 and East New Haven Street in Bloomville is closed while a bridge is replaced. The work is to be finished in November.
