Kayla Dull and Randy Corwin exchange a kiss during their marriage ceremony Friday afternoon at the Tiffin Police and Fire All Patriots Memorial in downtown Tiffin. Mayor Aaron Montz officiated the ceremony. The couple, who serve in the U.S. Air Force and are stationed at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, were the first to be married at the site.
