A man who was arrested recently for allegedly holding a gun to a woman's head now faces additional charges of rape and gross sexual imposition.
Anthony L. Goodman, 41, of Tiffin, was indicted this week on one count of rape, a first-degree felony, and one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony, according to court documents. He was served the indictment Friday in Seneca County Jail.
According to his indictment, Goodman allegedly engaged in sexual conduct and had sexual contact with a juvenile 13 or younger between September and October of last year.
Goodman faces previous charges of kidnapping, felonious assault and having weapons while under disability for allegedly holding a gun to a woman's on West Market Street last month.
He also allegedly pointed the gun at the woman's 13-year-old daughter and told them he was going to shoot them. Goodman had a previous relationship with the woman.
