FOSTORIA - First Presbyterian Women are revving up their mixers for their annual cheese ball sales.
The women are offering two separate sales - one for Thanksgiving and another for Christmas - to help fund church projects.
Both sales include three classic flavors: spicy cheddar, beefy onion and tangy horseradish. A zesty pumpkin ball will be offered for Thanksgiving only. In addition to the three flavors, a festive holiday cheese ball with green peppers and pimentos will be made for Christmas only.
Cheese balls are $6 each, with $1 extra for a coating of chopped pecans.
Thanksgiving orders are being taken through Monday and picked up noon-1 p.m. Nov. 10 or during church office hours, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. through Nov 21. Orders for Christmas are on sale through Dec. 10 and may be picked up noon-1 p.m. Dec. 15 or during church office hours through Dec. 20.
