Stephen M. "Rip" Greaney, 57, of Fostoria, died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, at Toledo Hospital.
Stephen was born Dec. 6, 1954, in Tiffin, to James and Elizabeth Greaney. He married Kym Baran, they divorced and she survives in Pennsylvania. He then married Peg Aldrich, they divorced and she survives in Fremont. He then married Marilyn Harmon July 4, 1992, they divorced and she survives in Fostoria.
Also surviving is his mother, Elizabeth Reinhart of Phoenix, Ariz.; four children, Bridget Gillen of Rawson, Stephen M. Greaney II of Waller, Texas, Patrick Greaney of Findlay and Joshua A. Brady of Fostoria; one sister, Carol Floco of Phoenix, Ariz.; one brother, James Greaney II of Paulden, Ariz.; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Greaney and two sons, Stephen Browski and Jason A. Brady.
His memorial Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Fostoria. A rosary will be prayed at 10 a.m. A luncheon will follow the funeral Mass in the parish hall.
Burial will be at St. Wendelin Cemetery, Fostoria.
