Tiffin Police Department personnel responded to a disturbance in the first block of Adams Street early Saturday morning and requested an ambulance for a person who was stabbed in the head.
A department spokesman said Saturday night officials still were looking for one of the suspects. Justin Matthews, 26, of Tiffin, had been charged with carrying a concealed weapon and was being held in Seneca County Jail, he said.
The person who was stabbed sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated and released from Mercy Tiffin Hospital, he said.
