Tiffin reports

A first-block Charlotte Street woman reported Thursday evening a man broke her door. She told him he didn't live there and he left.

A first-block Minerva Street man reported Friday morning someone dumped coffee creamer on his car and on several other vehicles in the area.

A garage in the first block of Sycamore Street was reported broken into Friday morning. A caller in the 300 block of South Monroe Street also reported a garage had been broken into.

A 500-block Circular Street person reported Friday morning a bicycle had been stolen from a garage.

A person went to the station Friday morning to report a stolen cell phone.

A caller reported Friday morning a woman walked out of a trailer in the 600 block of South Sandusky Street, squatted and urinated on the sidewalk. Police were unable to locate the woman.

Fostoria reports

Jennifer Rios, 30, of Fostoria, was charged with failure to confine a dog for an incident Oct. 25.

A 1200-block Perrysburg Road woman reported Thursday evening someone was tampering with her mail.

County reports

An 11000-block East TR 36 woman reported Thursday afternoon honey had been stolen from her honey farm.

A 6000-block South TR 131 man reported Friday morning copper and cables off of two welders were stolen.

A break-in was reported Friday morning in the 5000-block of North CR 25.

A two vehicle non-injury accident was reported Friday morning on South CR 7.
