Many help Hullabaloo

October 27, 2012
The Advertiser-Tribune

It was a cold and blustery day outside, but it was a hot time at the library. Earlier this month, Tiffin-Seneca Public Library hosted its annual Halloween Hullabaloo and, once again, it was a great success. More than 250 ghoulish party-goers stopped by, dressed to the nines in their best Halloween costumes, to partake in all of the Hullabaloo festivities. Everyone had such a good time making crafts and Halloween cards, listening to scary stories, playing Halloween games, dancing to "Thriller" and "The Monster Mash," snacking on yummy Halloween food and, best of all, watching Mr. Paul the Magician.

But, we couldn't have done it without the help of many people. A big "thank you" goes out to the Friends of the Library who donated funds for the magician, and to Heidelberg University's Aramark, which donated refreshments. Thank you to Connie Mizen, Alex Kramer, Claire Glover, Audrey Vrancken, Philbert Taulbee, the Tiffin Columbian cheerleaders, Friends of the Library volunteers and Heidelberg University's Alpha Phi Omega volunteers, and thank you to all of the library staff volunteers (and spouses.) for their invaluable helping hands we couldn't have held the party without all of you.

Sincerely,

Debby Roszman,
