Kory L. Schmidt, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of criminal tools for an incident April 9.

Edward F. Carter Jr., 52, of Tiffin, was charged with assault for an incident Oct. 27.

A 17-year-old boy from Republic was charged with underage possession/consumption Friday night.

A 17-year-old girl from Green Springs was charged with underage possession/consumption and juvenile delinquency Friday night.

Two 15-year-old boys from Tiffin were charged with underage possession/consumption Friday night.

Lisa M. Niderhauser, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with assault Friday night.

Derick J. Smith Jr., 21, of Dayton, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control early Sunday morning.

Jeremy B.R. Hartzell, 32, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct early Sunday morning.

A 100-block Melmore Street woman reported Monday morning she was knocked down by her brother. She said she did not need an ambulance.

County reports

Franklin J. Meisner, 51, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and left of center Friday night.

A man reported Sunday afternoon a trailer was broken into in the area of US 224 and SR 19.

A 1200-block South Central Avenue man reported Sunday evening a car almost hit his wife while they were trick-or-treating.

Tony L. Moore, 39, of Milan, was charged with assault Sunday.

John A. Fuller, 55, of Tiffin, was charged with obstruction Monday. He also was cited with driving under suspension and violating traffic lanes.

A caller from Lakota School, 5473 N. TR 63, reported a student was under the influence of drugs Monday morning.

A 1000-block West CR 48 man reported Monday morning farm equipment had been stolen.

A GPS was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 16000 block of East TR 88 Monday morning.

A theft of a cell phone was reported early Monday morning at Willow Creek Apartments, 575 E. SR 18.

Fostoria reports

Michael A. Sensabaugh, age unavailable, of Fostoria, was charged with burglary and disorderly conduct for an incident Oct. 28.

A juvenile male was arrested Sunday evening after a 500 block Maple Street person reported he was out of control and fighting with his father.

A 100-block East Fremont Street woman reported early Monday morning someone was in her residence when she arrived home. She said that person didn't have permission to be there.

Firefighters were called to 349 Miami St. Sunday evening for an unintentional smoke detector activation.

Firefighters were called to 155 Miami St. Sunday evening for a false alarm.

Firefighters were called to 25 E. Perry St. Sunday night for an electrical problem.

Firefighters were called to East Davis and Elwood streets Monday morning for an electrical problem.
