Jessica Lynn Palmer and Brenton Richard Hurt were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at Trinity United Church of Christ, McCutchenville. The Rev. Dave Jones was officiant during the double-ring ceremony. A reception followed at McCutchenville Community Center.
Jessica is the daughter of Dwight Palmer of McCutchenville and Mary Palmer of Tiffin.
Brenton is the son of Richard and Robin Hurt of Tiffin.

Jessica, given in marriage by her father, wore a white, A-line strapless gown featuring beading across the top of the bodice that cascaded down the skirt. She wore a rhinestone tiara with a fingertip veil that had white edging. She carried a white bouquet of roses, lilies and cherry blossoms.
Erin Palmer was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jamie Shane of Waldo, Tiffany Bennet of Fremont and Faith Marshall of Kansas, friends of the bride, and Katie Palmer of Brighton, Mich., cousin of the bride. The maid of honor wore a tangerine dress and the bridesmaids wore capri blue strapless, chiffon floor-length dresses. They carried bouquets of blue and white roses, lilies and cherry blossoms.
Jimmie Boyd of Lancaster, Pa., was his friend's best man. Groomsmen were Richard Hurt of Tiffin, father of the groom, Roger Drake and Martin Klingshirn of Tiffin, friends of the groom, and Owen Palmer of Forest, brother of the groom.
Flower girls were Reegan Hurt, daughter of the couple, and Nia Dotson, cousin of the bride.
Ring bearers were Brayden Tucker and Quinton Tucker, sons of the bride.
Jessica attended Mohawk High School and earned a GED diploma in 2007. She is studying finance at Tiffin University, with plans to graduate in May 2014. She also works at Comfort Keepers, Tiffin.
Brenton is a 2003 graduate of Columbian High School and is a roofer for Charles Ranker and Sons.
Jamie Shane hosted a miscellaneous shower July 21 at Soak City, Sandusky.
The newlyweds reside at 430 E. Perry St., Tiffin.
