William H. Roosa, 65, of Sycamore, was cited with failure to yield after a stop sign after an accident at West Perry and Benner streets Wednesday afternoon.
Robert T. Stover, 31, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield after a stop sign after an accident at South Washington and Charlotte streets Thursday morning.
Gerald W. Dessausure, 34, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at Jefferson and East Market streets Friday afternoon.
County accident
Citations of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to control and open container were issued after a vehicle was located in a ditch in the 13000 block of East US 224 Friday night.

Firefighters were called to a smoke detector activation due to malfunction at 93 Greenfield St. Friday evening.

Firefighters were called to Best Western via automatic alarm Saturday afternoon. It was a false alarm.
