Fostoria report

A 200-block Jeanette Drive woman reported Monday afternoon two men were in her backyard. They then ran from the yard.

Tiffin reports

Jyl R. Zeis, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with dog-at-large for an incident Oct. 17.

Edward F. Carter, 52, of Tiffin, was charged with assault for an incident Oct. 28.

Two 15-year-old boys from Tiffin were charged with underage possession/consumption and juvenile delinquency for an incident Nov. 2.

Paige M. Rochester, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with violating a protection order Thursday.

Donald G. Stacy, 40, of Prospect, was cited with driving under suspension Friday evening.

Rex A. Haubert, 35, of Tiffin, was charged with a protection order violation Saturday morning.

Richard B. Hmelewsky, 22, of Curtis, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and improper center lane usage early Sunday morning.

A 100-block Huss Street woman reported a possible scam Monday evening.

Kyle D. Tanner, 23, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Monday night.

Roc W. Fletcher, 51, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday night.

A theft was reported early Tuesday morning at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18.

Cory S. Wheeler, 43, of Tiffin, was charged with a deer tag violation and a state ownership of wild animals violation for an incident Sept. 29.

Erica L. Perry, 31, of Green Springs, was charged with assault for an incident Nov. 3.

Jeremy J. Kerschner, 35, of Bloomville, was charged with jacklighting Nov. 6.

Michael E. McGookey, 25, of Sandusky, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, open container and failure to control Friday.

Kenneth G. Culbertson, 49, of Green Springs, was charged with disorderly conduct Friday.

Timothy M. Adams Jr., 29, of Green Springs, was charged with disorderly conduct Friday.

Raymond M. Dubois, 35, of Marengo, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

Bethany D. Brown, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with obstruction Monday.

A 12000-block East TR 178 woman reported early Tuesday morning a GPS was taken from her vehicle overnight.

State Patrol

John R. Foit III, 26, of Newark, was cited with operating a vehicle without reasonable control following a one-vehicle accident Tuesday morning on North SR 4. He was transported to Bellevue Hospital.

County accident

Jordan K. Ororke, 23, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield following an accident Thursday evening at Sycamore and South Washington streets.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called out early Tuesday morning to 325 S. Wood St. for a lift assist.

County fire

Attica-Venice-Reed firefighters were called to North SR 4 Tuesday morning for an accident.
