Tiffin Board of Control accepted a bid for a new copier and fax machine contract Tuesday afternoon.
The five-year contract was awarded to MT Business Technologies for $18,316.20 a year.
The city fielded four bids, and the contract is to save about $15,000 a year, City Administrator Deb Reamer said.
"It's going to be a nice savings," Mayor Aaron Montz said.
