Linda R. Burns, 62, of Tiffin, was cited with improper left turn following an accident Tuesday afternoon at South River Road and South Sandusky Street.
State Patrol
Anthony S. Reinhart, 22, of Alvada, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, open container and a turn signal violation Sunday.
