Tiffin reports

Hiram B. Smith, 27, of Monroeville, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and wrong way on a one-way street early Sunday morning.

Adam J. Wertz, 32, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday afternoon.

A 100-block West Davis Street caller reported Sunday afternoon a wreath had been taken off of a door.

A caller from Linda S. Ritzler Accounting, 266 N. Washington St., reported Monday morning the rear of the business had been spray painted over the weekend.

County reports

Thomas C. Hartson Jr., 29, of Sandusky, was charged with obstruction and possession of drug paraphernalia Friday.

Elizabeth S. Randle, 42, of Tiffin, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle Friday. She also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and having no operator's license.

A 2000-block North CR 7 man reported Sunday afternoon his girlfriend punched him and flattened tires on his truck.

A woman reported Sunday evening she found a zippered pouch containing a green, leafy substance in the 3700 block of CR 19.

Amber M. Means, 46, of Bellevue, was charged with assault and disorderly conduct Sunday.

Clarence E. Rister, 47, of Bellevue, was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday.

A 1000-block South SR 53 caller requested to speak to a deputy Monday morning about a theft.

Fostoria reports

Diana Hook, 45, of Fostoria, was charged with theft Friday.

A caller reported Sunday evening a man was throwing things out of a house in the 600 block of Northview Drive. According to the report, a TV had been thrown through a window. People were given warnings for disorderly conduct.

A 1000-block North Main Street caller reported Sunday evening a bedroom window had been broken.

A juvenile was arrested Sunday evening after a shoplifter was reported at Kroger, 126 W. High St.

County accident

Robert K. Daniels, 33, of Republic, was cited with improper start following a non-injury accident Monday morning on South SR 67.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 27 Clinton Ave. Sunday afternoon for an unintentional smoke detector activation.

Firefighters were called to 140 Mohawk St. Sunday afternoon for a good intent call.

Firefighters were called to 300 S. Monroe St. Monday morning for an unintentional alarm transmission.

County fire

Bascom firefighters were called to North TR 101 Sunday night for a shed fire.
