After finding graffiti on his building Saturday, Tiffin resident Larry Breidenbach was busy Tuesday repairing the damage.
The building, formerly known as Hotel Berlin, 36 Hudson St., was one of several pieces of property in the area spray painted over the weekend. Breidenbach, who began restoring the building last year, said he found the graffiti on one of the building's garage doors Saturday morning. A nearby car and a railroad work trailer also had been spray painted.
"It's terrible. We don't need graffiti in this town," he said.

Graffiti was found over the weekend on a garage door of a Hudson Street building formerly known as Hotel Berlin.
Breidenbach said the process of covering the graffiti will not be easy. He spent $200 on paint which he will have to use on both garage doors. The doors measure 20 feet by 20 feet.
"I can't just touch it up because it won't match," he said.
The building, which served as a brothel until 1921 when it closed, is scheduled to be part of the Tiffin Historical Trust's Victorian Weekend. It is the 12th building in the area Breidenbach has rehabilitated.
Breidenbach said he didn't know why someone would vandalize a piece of Tiffin's history.
"It's just senseless. Whoever did this lives here. Why would you want to do that to your community?" Breidenbach said.
