Tiffin reports

Ryan D. Kruszynski, 43, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs Wednesday afternoon.

A theft of jewelry was reported Wednesday afternoon in the first block of South Washington Street.

A caller reported Wednesday night a group of males were urinating in a parking lot in the 400 block of West Perry Street.

A caller from the emergency room reported early Thursday morning a person who had been punched in the first block of Madison Street was being treated.

A 100-block South Monroe Street caller reported early Thursday morning someone was trying to get in the front door. A person was arrested and released when they were sober.

A first-block Sycamore Street person reported Thursday morning a bag of medication had been stolen.

A 5000-block East TR 106 caller reported Wednesday afternoon someone had vandalized a mailbox.

An 8000-block East CR 62 man reported early Thursday morning someone had broken into his residence.

Fostoria reports

A caller from the emergency room reported Thursday morning an assault victim was being treated. The victim did not want to pursue charges.

A 700-block Woodward Avenue woman reported Thursday morning someone spray painted her vehicle.

A 100-block Jackson Street person reported Thursday afternoon a 50-foot air hose was stolen from an unlocked garage overnight.

A 1500-block North Countyline Street man reported Thursday evening a woman was acting crazy because he wouldn't give her money to buy drugs.

Firefighters were called to a fire alarm at 1000 Independence Ave. Thursday morning.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 600 N. River Road Thursday morning for an unintentional smoke detector.

Firefighters were called out Thursday morning to 24 Adams St. for a stove fire.
