Tiffin reports

Todd A. Newland, 29, of Columbus, was charged with disorderly conduct early Thursday morning.

A juvenile was charged with juvenile delinquency Friday after an incident Thursday.

Daniel R. Wood, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with improper lane change/marked and operating a vehicle after underage alcohol consumption Friday after an incident Thursday.

A person from the emergency room at Mercy Tiffin Hospital, 45 St. Lawrence Drive, reported Thursday afternoon a man said he was assaulted at a bar somewhere in Tiffin.

Dustin R. Hinckley, 40, of Tiffin, was charged with assault and disorderly conduct Thursday evening.

A fight was reported at City Lot 5 Thursday evening.

A 200-block Fourth Avenue resident reported Thursday night the theft of a school-owned laptop.

County reports

A man reported Friday morning someone had painted graffiti on a sign on East CR 58.

A 3000-block West TR 158 man went to the station Friday afternoon and reported survey stakes had been taken down.

Fostoria reports

A 700-block Woodward Avenue resident reported Thursday night a back window was broken out.

An 800-block North Main Street resident reported Thursday night a woman went into the residence and took items, causing damage to a wall.

Justin J. Eisenhour, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with left of center and driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs early Friday morning.

Tiffin accidents

Donna E. Holmer, 60, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield to a pedestrian after an accident in the 200 block of South Sandusky Street Nov. 17. Margaret H. Morehart, 63, of Tiffin, was taken by a family member to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.

Whitney S. Tea, 26, of Clyde, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident in the 300 block of East Perry Street Friday morning.

County accidents

Oliver J.D. Seitz, 27, of Tiffin, was taken by Bascom EMS to Fostoria Community Hospital after being struck by a vehicle in the 9000 block of West SR 18 Nov. 15. The vehicle left the scene.

A truck that had struck barricades was in a field at West CR 14 and CR 591 early Thursday morning.

Fostoria accidents

Esaias S. Malagon, 76, of Fostoria, was cited with improper backing after an accident at South Poplar and East South streets Nov. 15.

Stacy L. Molnar, 20, of Northwood, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident in the 700 block of Columbus Avenue Nov. 16.

Jennifer Billings, 53, of Clyde, was cited with a red light violation after an accident at East Center and Poplar streets Nov. 17. The other driver, Shey L. Weiker, 30, of Fostoria, and a passenger, Ernest F. Imes, 42, of Findlay, were taken by Fostoria Fire Division to Fostoria Community Hospital.

Catherine A. Sampson, 46, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at East Lytle and South Poplar streets Monday afternoon.

Carl T. Snowden, 22, of Fostoria, was cited with operating without reasonable control after an accident at South and South Main streets Monday morning.

The driver of a semi was cited with improper turn after an accident at Elm and North Countyline streets Friday afternoon.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to an unintentional transmission of an alarm at 154 S. Washington St. early Friday morning.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called via alarm to 501 Van Buren St. Friday morning. They found a faulty smoke detector.

Firefighters were called to an accident involving a semi and a car at Countyline and Elm streets Friday afternoon.
