Tiffin reports

Amber L. Rarden, 21, of Port Clinton, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating one-way traffic early Thursday morning.

A 14-year-old girl from Tiffin was charged with juvenile delinquency and disorderly conduct Thursday evening.

A 13-year-old girl from Tiffin was charged with juvenile delinquency Thursday evening.

Brandon C. Adair, 24, of Clyde, was charged with possession of marijuana Friday.

A first-block Fostoria Street woman reported Sunday afternoon a man was in her yard messing with her cats. The woman reported the man was walking around like a zombie.

A 100-block Clay Street residence was reported broken into Sunday evening. A TV was taken.

A 100-block North Washington Street man reported Sunday evening the lock on his trailer had been cut.

A woman went to the station Monday morning to report her wallet had been stolen in the 500 block of West Market Street.

County reports

A 1000-block East CR 16 man reported fraudulent charges on his credit cards Monday morning.

Bryan S. Swartz, 19, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident Nov. 16.

Diana L. Simon, 45, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday.

Ronald W. Moore, 56, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday.

An 800-block Woodward Avenue woman reported Sunday night her boyfriend threatened to stab her adult son. The men told police they both had made threats.

A 400-block West Crocker Street woman reported Sunday night her residence had been broken into and all of her belongings were gone.

A 600-block Lynn Street woman reported Monday afternoon someone went through her purse overnight. Items were missing.

A 200-block South Union Street woman reported Monday afternoon her mother's medication was stolen from her house.

State Patrol

A two-vehicle accident was reported Sunday evening on East CR 36, just west of CR 15. Further details were unavailable Monday evening.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 600 N. River Road Sunday night for an overpressure rupture from steam.

Firefighters were called to 600 N. River Road early Monday morning for a smoke detector activation due to a malfunction.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called Sunday evening to 508 W. North St. for an open burn.
