BASCOM - Three members of a Fostoria family were killed in a two-vehicle accident at CR 7 and TR 112 Tuesday evening. Three others were injured in the Hopewell Township crash.
According to a release from State Highway Patrol, Terry Bryant Jr., 27, of Fostoria, was driving a 2001 Lincoln LS westbound on TR 112, and Kristopher Stafford, 28, of Fostoria, was driving a 1998 Dodge Durango southbound on CR 7.
It states Bryant ran the stop sign at CR 7 and was struck in the passenger side door by Stafford's vehicle. The vehicles, which went off the south side of the roadway, overturned several times. One of the vehicles took out a stop sign as it traveled into the field.

The driver of a 1998 Dodge Durango was taken by Life Flight to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center after an accident at CR 7 and TR 112 Tuesday evening.
A mother and two children were pronounced dead at the scene.
Bethany Garner, 25, of Fostoria, was the front right passenger in Bryant's vehicle. She was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and died, it states.
Also killed was Skyler Bryant, 7, of Fostoria, who was the middle rear passenger in the vehicle. Skyler was wearing a seat belt, the release states. Angel Bryant, 4, of Fostoria, was the left rear passenger. Angel was ejected from the vehicle and was killed, it states.
Arianna Bryant, 5, of Fostoria, was the right rear passenger and was ejected from the vehicle. She was transported by Life Flight to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center with critical injuries, according to the release.
Bryant, who was not wearing a seat belt, was transported to Fostoria Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, it states.
Stafford was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Life Flight to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, according to the release. He was in fair condition early this morning, a hospital spokeswoman said.
A Seneca County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said the crash was reported at 7:07 p.m. Personnel from Bascom, Fostoria and New Riegel EMS, Bascom Joint Fire District, the county's Echo unit, State Highway Patrol, the sheriff's office and Life Flight responded.
The crash remained under investigation early this morning. No charges had been filed.
Rescue crews responded to an injury crash in Loudon Township earlier in the evening.
The Seneca County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said an accident at SR 587 and US 224 was reported at 6:20 p.m. Personnel from Bascom, Fostoria and New Riegel EMS, Bascom Joint Fire District, the county's Echo unit, State Highway Patrol and the sheriff's office responded.
Further details were not available early this morning.
