Meredith Logsdon and Paul Mates, both of West Lafayette, Ind., have announced their engagement and plans for a March 23, 2013, wedding.
The bride-to-be is a behavior analyst at Cornerstone Autism Center in West Lafayette. The daughter of Gary and Teresa Logsdon of Upper Sandusky, she graduated in 2004 from Upper Sandusky High School and earned a bachelor's degree in speech and hearing sciences from The Ohio State University in 2007. She earned a master's degree in 2012 in applied behavior analysis from Ball State University.
Her fiance is the son of David and Karen Mates of Smyrna, Tenn. He graduated in 2005 from Hopewell-Loudon High School and in 2009 from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in integrated mathematics. He is a math teacher and football coach at Harrison High School, West Lafayette.
