Patricia L. Fuller, 84, of Bettsville, passed away Saturday morning, Dec. 8, 2012, at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin.
She was born Oct. 10, 1928, in Bettsville, to Wilmer and Marie (Oswalt) Walters. She married Donald B. DeVanna April 21, 1947, and he preceded her in death Nov. 8, 1953. She later married Wilbur E. "Bud" Fuller April 15, 1955, and he preceded her in death March 21, 1999.
Survivors include two sons, Paul A. (Linda) DeVanna and Donald P. (Cindy) DeVanna, both of Tiffin; a daughter, Susan K. (Mike) Windau of Bettsville; a stepson, Daryl (Joyce) Fuller of Oakwood; a stepdaughter, Linda (Ron) Lomont of New Haven, Ind.; 12 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Clarence "Delos" Walters; two sisters, Ladonna Steele and June King; and close friend, Bill Sheely.
Patricia volunteered at Elmwood at the Shawhan for years, was a member of the James Sullivan American Legion Post No. 733, Bettsville, and belonged to Fremont Moose Lodge No. 624. Pat was the owner and hairdresser at First Lady Beauty Salon, Bettsville, She enjoyed life, babies and her family, especially her grandchildren. She always had a smile and was a Detroit Tigers fan.
There will be no visitation, and burial will be private at Pleasant Union Cemetery, Old Fort.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice Care, Volunteers of America, Autumnwood Care Center, and/or the Alzheimer's Association.
