A first-block Gibson Street resident reported Tuesday evening a basement window had been broken. Items in the room had been moved.
An employee of Seneca House, 781 Greenfield St., reported Tuesday evening $720 had been taken from a resident.
A person reported early Wednesday morning several people were fighting in a yard in the first block of Main Street. The person also reported they had torn open trash bags.

A 10000-block West TR 112 man reported Wednesday afternoon his van was broken into overnight and tools were taken.

A 1700-block North Countyline Street caller reported Tuesday afternoon a man claiming he was from Time Warner Cable knocked on their door and said he was there to shut off the cable. The caller said they did not have cable.
A 400-block Homes Lane woman reported Tuesday night she believed someone was knocking on her windows.
A 200-block East Tiffin Street woman reported Wednesday morning her husband assaulted her friend's husband.
Jerry K. Vess Jr., 45, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Tuesday.
Jennings W. Mathews, 39, of Fostoria, was charged with having no vendor's license Tuesday.
A shoplifter was reported Wednesday morning at Dollar General Store, 166 E. Lytle St.
Tashia N. Pollard, 30, address unlisted, was charged with theft Tuesday.

Firefighters were called to 600 N. River Road Wednesday morning for an unintentional alarm transmission.

Firefighters were called to 300 N. Town St. Wednesday morning for a confined space standby.

Bascom firefighters were called to West US 224 and SR 53 Tuesday evening for an accident.
County accident
Contessa D.R. Fuhrer, 16, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield during a left turn following an accident Tuesday evening at South SR 53 and US 224. The other driver, Angela M. Holcomb, 33, of Tiffin, was transported by Bascom EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
