Tiffin man’s death ruled suicide

December 13, 2012
The Advertiser-Tribune

The death of a Tiffin man who was struck by a train Monday morning inside the city limits has been ruled a suicide.

Seneca County Coroner Dr. Mark Akers said that based on a witness and surveillance camera inside the train, the death of Bradley R. Ehrenfried, 55, of Tiffin, was ruled a suicide. Circumstances surrounding his death also led to the ruling, Akers said.

Ehrenfried was killed just before 6:15 a.m. near the Clinton Avenue railroad crossing. A caller from the CSX train that struck him had reported the incident.
