Tiffin reports

April C. Hull, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with theft for an incident Nov. 13.

A 500-block East Perry Street person reported unauthorized charges on a bank account Wednesday afternoon.

A 100-block Coe Street caller reported Wednesday afternoon a house had been hit with paintballs.

A 200-block South Sandusky Street woman reported Wednesday night her 14-year-old daughter tried to pull her hair out.

County reports

A 500-block East SR 18 woman reported Thursday afternoon someone who was cleaning her apartment stole her wedding rings. She later saw the person wearing the rings.

Fostoria reports

A 500-block East Jackson Street man reported Wednesday night his residence was broken into and items were taken.

A 1500-block North Countyline Street woman reported Wednesday her boyfriend assaulted her.

A 1500-block North Countyline Street man reported early Thursday morning a man was assaulting his mother's live-in boyfriend.

A caller from Friendship Sunoco, 526 Sandusky St., reported early Thursday morning a school-aged juvenile tried to steal from the store.

A caller from The China Buffet, 1659 N. Countyline St., reported Thursday morning an air conditioning unit was stolen from the roof. A ladder had been used to gain access to the roof.

A man went to the station Thursday morning to report someone was stealing scrap metal.

A female juvenile was arrested Thursday morning at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave. Another female juvenile was arrested Thursday afternoon at the high school for violating the safety school act.

A 200-block Rock Street woman reported Thursday afternoon her daughter's vehicle had been broken into and a DVD player and change were taken.

County fire

McCutchenville firefighters were called to Howard Collier State Nature Preserve Wednesday night to assist in searching for a man. He was located and everything was fine, according to reports from the sheriff's office. Two people were given a warning for being at the park after dark.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 156 Clay St. early Thursday morning for steam, vapor, fog or dust thought to be smoke.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to 110 E. Jones St. Thursday morning for a false alarm.
