BLOOMVILLE - Children came to Bliss Memorial Public Library Dec. 10 for a night of fun. Children began the night with a snack of popcorn, cookies, and milk.
Author Patty Cole came to share and read her latest children's book, "Papa's Birthday Gift." Cole also donated a children's gift bucket to the library in which tickets were sold, with Mary Rice chosen winner. The proceeds from the bucket raffle went to the library.
The children were encouraged to make a Christmas tree ornament with green craft sticks and various art supplies. The night concluded with children playing ring around the reindeer antlers.
