Seneca County commissioners are to meet today at 9:30 a.m. at the commissioners office.

At the meeting, the board is to receive a bid update from Earl Reid.

After the meeting, the board is to attend a joint Megnuson Ditch meeting at Norwich Township House at 11:30 a.m.

During the meeting, the board is to consider:

Annual appropriations for various funds for 2013.

A decrease of $155,596.42 to permanent appropriation for the Workforce Investment Act Fund.

A supplemental decrease of $106,926.87 to the permanent appropriation for the Public Assistance Fund.

An appropriation adjustment of $53.79 within the Seneca County Employees Health Insurance Fund.

A supplemental appropriation of $1,049.35 for the VOCA Expansion Project Fund.

An appropriation adjustment of $1,000 within the General Fund.

A supplemental appropriation of $1,250 for the County Revolving Loan Fund.

An appropriation adjustment of $5,100 within the General Fund.

A supplemental appropriation of $34,800 for the Bascom/New Riegel Bond Service Fund.

A supplemental appropriation of $3,390.72 for the Bascom/New Riegel Bond Reserve Fund.

A fund transfer of $250,000 to be made to Children's Services.

A supplemental appropriation of $20,000 for the Flex Spending Fund.

A fund transfer of $50,000 to the Public Assitance Fund.

An appropriation adjustment of $122.60 for the Public Assistance Fund.

An appropriation adjustment of $251.68 within the General Fund.

Resolutions approving bonding companies and bond for Mark J. Akers, elected Seneca County coroner, term expiring Jan. 2, 2017; Mark R. Zimmerman, elected county engineer, term expiring Jan. 2, 2017; Michael J. Dell, elected county recorder, term expiring Jan. 2, 2017; Mary K. Ward, elected county clerk of courts, term expiring Jan. 2, 2017.

A resolution authorizing the commissioners to enter into an agreement/contract with the Lucas County commissioners for the Lucas County coroner to perform autopsies and toxicology reports for 2013.

A resolution authorizing the commissioners to enter into the Access-Visitation Grant, SFY 2013, with PatchWorks House on behalf of the Seneca County Department of Job & Family Services.

A resolution reappointing Richard Ellinger to Tiffin-Seneca Public Library Board of Trustees.

Additional year-end clean-up resolutions.
