Council also approved a maintenance contract for 2013 with Bergren Associates.
In water sampling, Miller reported all federal coliform requirements for 2012 were met.
In new business, council approved suspending the three-reading regulation in adopting an ordinance for temporary annual appropriations to cover expenses acquired during the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2013.
In matters regarding the zoning board, negotiations are under way for leasing of a local facility to accommodate possible business partner Dollar General. Ohio Department of Transportation funds would be used for this.
The next scheduled meeting is Jan. 7.
