A North Ridgeville man pleaded guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition last week in Seneca County Common Pleas Court and is now awaiting sentencing.
Timothy R. Pettry, 25, who was indicted earlier this year on the third-degree felonies for having sexual contact with a juvenile younger than 13 between October 2009 and January 2010, originally pleaded not guilty to the charges. He changed his pleas last week.
According to court documents, Pettry's $10,000 bond was continued last week and the matter was referred to CROSSWAEH.
