CASA of Seneca, Sandusky, and Wyandot Counties board of trustees has appointed Tracie Cress as executive director. Rebecca Herner held the position for five years.
Cress began her association with CASA as a volunteer in 2003. In 2008, she was named Sandusky County program Coordinator. She interned in the Fremont office prior to her graduation from Terra Community College with an associate's degree inbusiness. Cress lives in Fremont with her husband and two daughters.
"I will miss working directly with the volunteers in Sandusky County. They have been awesome and very dedicated to helping the abused and neglected children. At the same time, I am looking forward to the challenges that will come with this new position." Cress said.
CASA of Seneca, Sandusky, and Wyandot Counties is a private nonprofit organization working to make sure abused and neglected children have advocates as their voice in court.
