Paper and Ink, 98 S. Washington St., is to host a book signing 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday for Elinor Spellerberg. She is the author of three books, "Toby's First Day," "Toby Makes New Friends" and "Toby Learns Some Lessons."
The cost is $5.95 per book. Spellerberg is a Tiffin horsewoman and long-time dressage enthusiast.
