The first YMCA Indoor Triathlon is set for Dec. 29. Registration deadline is 1 p.m. Monday. Launch times begin at 8 a.m. and cycle every 45 minutes. The race consists of a 10-minute swim, a 30-minute bike and 20-minute run. Participants are to receive hooded sweatshirts.
