A daughter, Ryleigh Jo Wilcox, was born Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, to Kathryn Lockmiller and Jason Wilcox of Fostoria. Ryleigh weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Amy Waltermyer, Walt Lockmiller and Carol Lockmiller, all of Fostoria.
