Seneca County Budget Commission certified four revenues for 2013 Thursday morning.
The mental health recovery services has a certified revenue of $6,496,863.36. The School of Opportunity has been approved for $13,689,097.51, and the Board of Health is to have $2,753,140.41 in 2013.
The general county certificate, which consists of all funds appropriated by Seneca County commissioners, was approved for a total of $57,955,437.15.
Revenues certified Thursday reflected the year-end balance as well as carry over, whereas the budgets approved by the commissioners in December did not include carry-over. The carry over balance from 2012, as of Dec. 31, is $746,573.82 after encumbrances.
The General Fund also has given $640,000 in advances, and $526,934.88 of that money is for the new SCAT building, which is to be paid back by March at the latest.
