Tiffin reports

A caller from the emergency room reported Sunday afternoon a person was being treated following a domestic incident Saturday night.

A first-block Coe Street woman reported Sunday evening a guest at her residence stole a game and sold it at a store.

A first-block Elwood Street woman reported Sunday evening two boxers killed her cat. The dog warden was contacted to pick up the dogs.

A 200-block North Sandusky Street man reported Sunday night prescription medication was missing.

A 100-block Walker Street man reported Monday afternoon tires had been slashed on two vehicles.

County reports

Roger N. Baumer, 61, of Bellevue, was charged with public indecency, disorderly conduct and pedestrian on a highway early Sunday morning.

A man reported Sunday night he caught people "mudding" on his property on North CR 43. The man boxed them in, but they left through a field, damaging it.

Joshua A. Marshall, 22, of Alvada, was charged with domestic menacing and disorderly conduct Monday.

Fostoria reports

Angelo R. Rodriguez, 23, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating traffic lanes Thursday.

Anthony Frias, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of marijuana Saturday.

A caller from Kroger, 126 W. High St., reported Sunday night two women walked out of the store without paying for their items.

Four vehicles in the 500 block of Gormley Street were reported broken into Monday morning.

A 400-block Short South Street woman reported Monday morning her garage and car were broken into Sunday night. Keys were taken from the vehicle.

A 1000-block Gerlock Drive person reported Monday morning a UPS package that was delivered to their residence Friday was found opened at Riley School.

A juvenile male was arrested Monday morning at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave.

State Patrol

Darryl L. Price, 34, of Toledo, was charged with possession of marijuana and open container Saturday. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, a seat belt violation and a right side of the roadway violation.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 45 St. Lawrence Drive Sunday afternoon for a smoke detector activation due to a malfunction.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to the 1000 block of South Main Street Saturday morning for an unauthorized burn.

Firefighters were called to the 423 S. Poplar St. early Sunday morning to investigate a report of a fire. A spokesman from Fostoria Fire Division said the fire was quickly contained and a room and its contents at the residence received minor damage.
