Nancy C. Adams, 79, passed away Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at her home. She was born in Tiffin.
Surviving are her two brothers, Dick (Wilma Jean) Manz of Logandale, Nev., and Tom (Verdella) Manz of Fostoria; two sisters, Jean Manz and Mary (David) Paxton, both of Fostoria; her three kids, Cheryl (Tom) Pullin, Tom (Sue) Zuber and Jerry Zuber; and many nieces and nephews.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents John and Catherine Manz; husband, Robert Adams; and companion, Walter Zuber.
Nancy was a baker with the Bagel Station for 10 years, retiring in 1997. She was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, American Legion Post No. 82 and was past financial officer, VFW Auxiliary No. 857, Korean War Veterans Chapter 154, Moose Lodge in Fostoria, and Eagles Lodge No. 3512. Nancy enjoyed word search puzzles, gardening, her cat Lucy and spending time with family and friends.
Service is 11 a.m., Wednesday Jan. 23, 2013, at Mungovan and Sons Memorial Chapel, 2114 S. Calhoun St. with calling one hour prior. Calling at the Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m.Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, burial in Marion National Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.
