Fostoria woman found not guilty of burglary charge

A Fostoria woman was found not guilty of aggravated burglary after a recent jury trial.

Karrii E. Hernandez, 23, who had been charged with the first-degree felony in May, was found not guilty in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff's courtroom, according to court documents.

Hernandez was accused of forcing her way into a Peeler Drive apartment and assaulting a woman inside. The woman reported she received minor injuries as a result.

According to court documents, the case was dismissed following the announcement of the verdict.
