Tiffin reports

A juvenile was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the first block of Augusta Lane after it was reported an 8-year-old boy was attempting to assault his mother.

Leandra J. Rowe, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with contributing to unruliness/delinquency of a juvenile Wednesday evening.

A first-block East Market Street man reported Wednesday evening his girlfriend was throwing his belongings out of a window.

A first-block Coe Street woman reported Wednesday evening three females were trying to get into her residence.

A first-block St. Clair Street woman reported Thursday morning her landlord changed her locks without permission.

A caller reported Thursday morning a teenage boy was throwing a skateboard at the outside of the Tiffin Mall, 870 W. Market St. Police were unable to locate the boy.

Fostoria reports

Earnest J. McCallister, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with violating a protection order Wednesday. He also was cited with driving under suspension.

A 200-block West South Street woman reported Wednesday night someone was in her vehicle when she got in it. When police arrived to the scene, no one was in the vehicle. A woman was arrested, according to the report.

A man reported Thursday morning his daughter and her boyfriend were getting into an argument in a parking lot in the 1200 block of Beier Drive. A man was issued a criminal trespass notice.

A 500-block Spruce Street caller reported Thursday morning a door had been kicked in and items were missing.

A woman went to the station Thursday afternoon to report her bank card had been stolen.

A 300-block South Countyline Street man reported Thursday afternoon his wife received a phone call from someone claiming they were from the Social Security office. They had asked her for personal information.

Elaine S. Burnett, 50, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to control and driving under suspension Thursday afternoon.

County fire

Bloomville firefighters were called to North Marion Street Wednesday evening for the report of a house fire. Bloomville Fire Chief Nathan Blaser said an oven had caught fire. No damage was reported to the residence.
