Tiffin reports

Kimberly I. Magers, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with theft for an incident Feb. 1.

Nealy E. Wagner, 36, of Bellevue, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and weaving a zig-zag course early Sunday morning. She also was charged with open container.

Michael C. Bauman, 38, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and weaving a zig-zag course early Sunday morning.

A criminal damaging incident was reported Sunday afternoon in the first block of North Monroe Street.

A person went to the station Monday morning to report a theft.

A person reported Monday morning a vehicle in the first block of St. Clair Street had been entered.

A vehicle in the first block of Franklin Street was reported entered Monday afternoon. A wallet was stolen.

County reports

Joseph A. Nye, 20, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Thursday.

Brandy D. Sampson, 38, of Attica, was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday.

James M. Sampson Jr., 30, of Attica, was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday.

A first-block North Perry Street caller reported Monday afternoon a woman was beating her father.

Fostoria reports

A man reportedly broke a window during an argument Sunday night in the 600 block of Cherry Street. Charges are pending.

A 1000-block South Poplar Street woman reported Monday morning all four tires on her truck were flattened.

An employee of Great Scot Supermarket went to the station Monday morning to speak to an officer about bad checks.

An assault was reported Monday morning at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave.

A woman went to the station Monday morning to report she saw her son's stolen bicycle at his school.

An employee of Fostoria Junction, 529 W. Lytle St., reported Monday afternoon a woman in an apartment had a knife in her hand and was possibly going to hurt herself. She was transported to Fostoria Community Hospital.

County accident

Brett W. Bosler, 42, of Tiffin, was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital by Bascom EMS after a one-vehicle accident Feb. 4. on TR 132. According to the report, he lost control on the snow-covered roadway, struck a ditch and rolled his vehicle twice.

Margaret A. Slowick, 200 St. Francis Ave., pleaded guilty to assured clear distance, $89.

Devon K. Dale, 26 Madison St., operating vehicle impaired/under influence case dismissed upon motion of city prosecutor due to plea in companion OMVI case; pleaded no contest to operating vehicle impaired/under influence, 30 days jail, 30 days suspended, six-month license suspension, complete/pay for driver intervention program, approved for restricted driving privileges, six points, $589.
