Tiffin University is to present a free concert by the Chicago band Sidewalk Chalk at 7 p.m. Friday in Osceola Theatre on campus. The group includes an emcee, singer, tap dancer and a musical ensemble of keyboard, bass, drums, trumpet and trombone. They perform a fusion of hip hop, soul and jazz.
