Fostoria reports
Frank C. Brown IV, 20, of Toledo, was charged with possession of marijuana Sunday.
A theft of a wallet was reported Friday morning in the 100 block of East Crocker Street.
An altercation was reported Friday afternoon at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave. A theft also was reported at the school Friday afternoon.
A residence in the 400 block of North Main Street was reported broken into Friday afternoon. A door was damaged, but nothing was taken.
An 800-block North Union Street person reported Friday afternoon medication had been stolen from the residence.
County accident
Bradley R. Bova, 19, of Bellevue, was cited with reckless operation following a one-vehicle accident early Sunday morning on East CR 34.

Firefighters were called to 326 S. Sandusky St. Thursday evening for a small fire in the engine compartment of a vehicle.
County fire
Kansas firefighters were called to West TR 41 Friday morning for a possible electrical fire. Nothing was found.
