The board approved the resolution for the sale of property that is not needed for any school purpose. The property value is $10,000 and is to be sold at public auction at 10 a.m. April 20 at the former school, 2036 E. TR 122.
Items up for sale are tables, chairs, teacher and student desks, lawn mowers, playground equipment, fencing, industrial arts machinery, filing cabinets, shelving, sporting equipment, school memorabilia, rugs, kitchen equipment, musical instruments and home economics equipment.
The property will be sold to the highest bidder. Terms of the sale are cash, checks or credit card with a 4 percent charge; the board shall have the right to reject any and all bids.
